Back at university, I now found some time on the side to implement new features for the AssetPlacer. Version 1.2.0 brings some more UI sugar, which should help you boost your efficiency further. I know that these were much-needed additions, that should have been included in Version 1.0 already, but as you know, we developers never get to implement all the features that we have in mind as fast as we'd like to.  

Apart from the more obvious new features, you might also notice some major performance improvements in this version when switching between libraries. I also fixed and improved a bunch of issues that arose over the past weeks. Here is the complete changelog:

• Always add file endings to asset names
• Made ContextlessPlugin compatible with scaled viewports

With this update, I also started doing some basic refactoring, which I hope to continue in the future to make way for some major additions to the tool. Many have asked for scattering/randomization tools, MultiMeshInstances, and tools for more efficient selection and deletion of assets. This stuff is still a long way down the road, and I'm not even sure whether I can make all of it work out, but I'll do my best. My plan is also to make several new external tools, releasing some of them as open-source.
